Here are some added details about our adoption---
We're using an adoption consultant who was referred to us by The Call. http://christianadoption.blogspot.com/ With consultants they can generally place a healthy infant with adoptive parents in 4-12 months which is amazingly quick compared to using an adoption agency which can take over a year to a couple of years for placement and sometimes that long to get on a waiting list.
We are not picking a boy or a girl but will wait to see what the Lord brings us just like when giving birth to a baby!
